The Biggie

Everyone’s in agreement that no aussie burger joint worth their chicken salt is complete without ‘the lot’. We’re all familiar with the milk bar or chip shop burgers with beetroot, pineapple and an egg. It’s an Aussie staple, so obviously we had to provide for our local eccentric aussie tastebuds.

We’ve added our own unique flair into the mix, with the addition of our Balkans Smoked beef, adding a sorely-missed smokiness to complement the sweetness brought by pineapple, as well as serving our burger on your choice of a fresh seeded white, sourdough or brioche bun, all baked fresh and delivered daily.

We felt there was no name more appropriate for our rendition of ‘the lot’ than: The Biggie.

Juicy Ribs

The ribs are flying out the Burgies truck.. Why? Because they taste like real ribs should, juicy, meaty and full of this amazing textured BBQ sauce that has you licking your fingers and not worrying about who’s watching.

They at are made to perfection, and are surprising our eaters that gourmet can be produced in a food truck. What we are enjoying seeing more than anything is the sharing that takes place when they are ordered, an entree of sorts.. But then another two orders occur to share.. We don’t judge we just help with the foodies eating dream.

Enjoy

Shake, rattle and roll!!!

Thick shakes.. New fad sensation in Melbourne!!! Burgies being ahead of the game and introducing some explosive flavours to the market. As if the Ferrero isn’t good enough on its own, they have made it a thick shake, every suck and sip has you chewing the amazingly textured beverage. Introduction thick shakes were the creme brûlée and strawberry cheese cake, they honestly had customers wondering how they did it. This season is the Ferrero Rocher range – Ferrero and Raffelo Shakes.
