The best way to support our business is to order ahead through our own platform for Click & Collect. Due to delivery & service fees through Uber Eats, we can offer the best prices when ordered directly from us for dine-in or take-away. Please note that our Online Order prices through our own platform are the exact same price as our in-store menu with no extra fees.
Our online platform is the best way to dine at Burgies. Order ahead and your food will be ready by the time you arrive. We take out all the hassle of waiting for your meal, so you can have the best dining experience.

Our delivery service is currently provided through Uber Eats, order from us on Campbellfield & Hopper’s Crossing locations, or find us through their app.
REFUND & CANCELLATION
REFUND POLICY
We can only guarantee a refund if you cancel before our restaurant has accepted your order. You will be automatically refunded if our restaurant cancels your order this might take up to two days to show up on your statement. If our team member arrived, makes a reasonable effort to contact you, and could not deliver the order. In these instances, we can’t provide a refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel* an order through the chat any time AFTER receiving confirmation that the order was placed, but BEFORE the restaurant has accepted your order. If you need to cancel after this, our chat support team will then contact the restaurant to confirm that they haven’t already prepared your food. If the restaurant has already started preparing your food, we can still cancel your order, but we will be unable to issue a refund. Your order may be cancelled by either the restaurant or our delivery partner.
